John then taught business management and supervision seminars throughout the U.S. and Canada, and later became a real estate broker and investor.

Hello Mr. Bechtel. I have been reading your blog and chapters and find them very illuminating. I am a 26 year old former JW, from San Diego, CA, and inspired by many other ex-JW’s I have written a book infleunced by my experiences. But instead of it being a testimonial, I wrote it as a fiction narrative, and the first one ever from what I am aware of.
I hope if you have time to take a look at it. The title is Bloodflowers, and it is avaiable at Amazon. The story is about a young teenager who is diagonsed with Hemophilia, and the spiritual crises he undergoes when a pair of JW’s die in a hospital-forced to refuse life saving blood transfusions.
